He addressed me with such respect as 'Madam'—it made the whole experience feel personal and special. Check-in was effortless, thanks to the young lady at the front desk who was warm, efficient, and incredibly helpful. The concierge was also outstanding—though I didn’t catch his name, his welcome was unforgettable, and he patiently explained how the elevators worked.
