The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and professional—always smiling, quick to assist, and made me feel welcome from day one. The room was brand new, spotless, and well-appointed with modern comforts. I especially loved the breakfast buffet—different options every day, fresh, tasty, and varied enough to keep things exciting. The overall service level is top-notch, and the value for money is excellent. If I ever come back to Jakarta, this will be my first choice. Highly recommend it!
