The property has potential, but my stay was quite disappointing. The room wasn’t properly cleaned—stained sheets and cigarette butts on the floor were especially concerning, especially since it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The shower didn’t work at all, which made basic comfort difficult. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service, so we had to walk up several flights of stairs. Staff seemed untrained and lacked basic customer service skills—responses were slow and unfriendly. Overall, this place really needs a full renovation and better staff management. If improvements aren’t made soon, it’s hard to see how this hotel can compete with others in the area. Definitely not something I’d recommend without major changes.

The stay was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning in both rooms we were assigned—room 204 and later room 406—was completely non-functional, making the rooms uncomfortably hot throughout our visit. What made it worse was the lack of ceiling fans in any of the rooms to help with airflow, which would’ve at least provided some relief. We reported the issue immediately upon arrival and were moved to a different room, but the problem persisted. There was no effort from staff to address or even acknowledge the ongoing discomfort. Poor maintenance and lack of basic amenities like fans make this a very hard recommendation. If you're looking for a comfortable place to rest, especially in a hot climate like Chennai, this property falls far short.
