One minor hiccup during checkout: I had already paid the full amount upon check-in when the manager was present, but the front desk asked me to pay again and also handed me a separate bill for breakfast, even though it was included in our package. It was just a small communication mix-up, but slightly frustrating. Also, we had an Amazon delivery sent to the hotel after informing them, but it wasn’t traced—staff claimed they never received it. Not sure if it was a delivery issue or lost on their end, but it’s something worth improving. Overall, despite these small issues, the hotel delivered a comfortable stay with great value, especially for travelers passing through Jaipur Airport. I could go on listing issues, but honestly, it's not worth the effort. If you're looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay, avoid this property entirely. The value for money is extremely low, and the service doesn't come close to meeting basic expectations.
