I was utterly exhausted, so I just asked for a towel and called it a night without requesting a room change. The next day, I mentioned it to the front desk, and they responded immediately—by afternoon, my room was completely refreshed, fully stocked, and spotless. It’s clear they take guest feedback seriously and act fast. Despite the initial hiccup, the follow-up made all the difference. For comfort, convenience, and value, I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Cancun.

I tried the 130-peso combo with coffee, bread, cereal, and eggs—it was delicious and very reasonable. The only minor downside is a rock bar next door that plays music at night, but honestly, after a long day of exploring Cancun, we were so tired we barely noticed it. We slept well anyway. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation.
