Right downstairs is a metro station, making travel around the city super convenient. The service truly stood out—especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. When I needed to print a document, they went above and beyond with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made all the difference. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely a place I’d return to.

Raffles Shenzhen

Staying at Raffles Shenzhen was an absolute highlight of my trip to Shenzhen. I especially loved the truffle-infused poached egg; it was rich, creamy, and unforgettable. There were plenty of other egg preparations too, all well-executed. On top of that, the service from Sylvia stood out—she was attentive, friendly, and responded to every request promptly. From the view to the food to the staff, everything felt premium and thoughtfully curated. If you're visiting Shenzhen Bay, this hotel is absolutely worth considering—it truly delivers on both scenery and hospitality.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the view from the window overlooking the mountains and sea is absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was exceptional—plenty of variety and delicious quality. The front desk staff, Zane, was incredibly attentive and kind; he proactively explained the late check-out policy, which helped ease our travel schedule concerns. The room itself was immaculately clean, with excellent soundproofing—perfect for a restful night’s sleep without any disturbances. The overall experience was exceptional, and the value for money is outstanding. A hidden gem in Nanshan, Shenzhen, this is definitely a place I’d recommend and return to.
