Staying at IRIS BOUTIQUE GRANADA was an absolute delight—especially since I was attending a sports event at Riyadh Arena. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better: just a 10-minute walk away, and within easy reach of Granada Mall for some last-minute shopping. The room was surprisingly spacious for a 4-star property—really impressive in terms of layout and comfort. Everything you’d need was thoughtfully provided: a steamer iron, bathrobe, extra pillows, and additional blankets—all ready to use without having to ask. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped. Staff were friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Breakfast was modest in size but offered a good variety of options—simple but satisfying. One thing worth noting: the check-out time is 2 PM, which genuinely surprised me (most hotels are done by noon). That little bonus made my stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I’d absolutely book here again—highly recommend for anyone visiting Riyadh.

That said, if you’re planning a longer stay, I’d recommend opting for a room facing the road instead. Natural daylight fills the space more generously, creating a brighter and more inviting atmosphere. Overall, the hotel delivers an excellent experience—clean, well-maintained, and centrally located. It’s just a short ride to downtown via metro, making it super convenient. The staff are friendly, the amenities are top-notch, and the value for money is hard to beat. Definitely coming back next time.

Staying just one night in 2023, and I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about—this place truly delivered. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. Nestled in the northwestern part of the city, it’s conveniently close to the airport, Riyadh Boulevard, and other modern attractions, which is a huge plus given how big and traffic-heavy the city can be. I’ve already made this my go-to hotel whenever I visit Riyadh. No need for long reviews—just pure satisfaction. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

This was my first time staying at a hotel that ran out of towels—completely unacceptable. The Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work at all, making it hard to stay connected. To make matters worse, there’s literally no restaurant or food option nearby. I had to walk far just to grab a bite. Overall, the experience fell short of basic expectations and I definitely won’t be returning.
