The staff were exceptional—especially Ibrahim Al-Salem at reception, who greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism every time. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my stay truly memorable. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the overall value for money is outstanding. If you're visiting Riyadh, this is definitely a must-stay option.

This is one of my go-to hotels whenever I’m in Riyadh—whenever the rate is right, I always book it without hesitation. I tried the breakfast for the first time during this stay, and it was absolutely outstanding—diverse, delicious, and well-organized. From fresh pastries to hot dishes and local specialties, everything was thoughtfully curated. The variety and quality exceeded my expectations. Located conveniently close to downtown, it’s just a short metro ride away. Excellent value, great service, and a truly memorable experience. Definitely returning.

The location is convenient, just a short walk from the city center and well-connected by public transit. The staff are friendly and helpful during check-in and beyond. However, the rooms themselves are nothing special—basic furnishings with outdated amenities. The TV and washing machine look like they’ve seen better days. The view from the room? It’s directly facing a 24/7 construction site, which means constant noise throughout the day and night. Combined with poor sound insulation, it can be really frustrating—especially if you’re sensitive to noise. I found it hard to relax after just two nights. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this isn’t the place. Not recommended for travelers who value a restful stay.

If you're only looking for a basic stay with easy access to transportation, it might work as a short-term option, but if comfort and quality matter to you, I'd recommend checking out other accommodations in Riyadh.

This was my first time staying at a hotel that ran out of towels—completely unacceptable. The Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work at all, making it hard to stay connected. To make matters worse, there’s literally no restaurant or food option nearby. I had to walk far just to grab a bite. Overall, the experience fell short of basic expectations and I definitely won’t be returning.
