Located just steps away from the International Convention Center, it’s incredibly convenient for business travelers or tourists exploring the city. Public transportation is easily accessible nearby, making getting around Riyadh hassle-free. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive—always ready to help with any request. While breakfast isn’t included, there’s a great Indian restaurant and a supermarket right across the street, so grabbing a meal or essentials is super easy. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value, comfort, and location. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable stay in Riyadh, Abat Suites is definitely worth considering.

With three bedrooms offering seven beds, it’s perfect for families or groups of friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking, but we ended up enjoying our meals outdoors on the balcony—such a great way to soak in the views and fresh air. The living room is massive with two large TVs, making movie nights extra cozy. Everything about this apartment screams comfort and convenience. I’d highly recommend it—excellent value, and I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time staying at a hotel that ran out of towels—completely unacceptable. The Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work at all, making it hard to stay connected. To make matters worse, there’s literally no restaurant or food option nearby. I had to walk far just to grab a bite. Overall, the experience fell short of basic expectations and I definitely won’t be returning.

If you're only looking for a basic stay with easy access to transportation, it might work as a short-term option, but if comfort and quality matter to you, I'd recommend checking out other accommodations in Riyadh.
