Indoor walkways connect the hotel to the mall on both the first and second floors—extremely convenient for shopping or dining without stepping outside. I noticed many Chinese tour groups exploring the area, which speaks to its central appeal. One minor note: the pool doesn’t allow photography, which was a bit surprising, but overall, the service, cleanliness, and amenities are top-notch. We booked a family room for three, and even though it wasn’t on the Club Lounge floor, the space felt generous by Japanese standards—plenty of room to move around, comfy beds, and a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and a big soaking tub. The real highlight? The hotel’s large bathhouse with an onsen-style hot spring soak. It’s perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke excellent English—they even helped us store our luggage, which was a huge plus. Breakfast was well-rounded, offering both Western and Japanese options, all freshly prepared. Overall, this is a brand-new, clean, and stylish hotel with fantastic value. Right downstairs is a 24-hour sushi restaurant—perfect for late-night cravings—and an easy-access 7-Eleven just steps away. Everything you need is within reach. Located near Tenjin Station, getting around Fukuoka is super convenient. This hotel offers outstanding value and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fukuoka.

Walking from Hakata Station to the hotel takes about 10 minutes, and along the way, you'll find convenient 7-Eleven and Lawson stores—perfect for grabbing snacks or late-night treats. The room is compact, and a 28-inch suitcase feels tight when laid out, but overall it's well-designed and comfortable. While there’s a bathtub in the room, the real highlight is the rooftop bath area. Every evening, I made it a point to unwind there—warm, relaxing, and with a great view. It’s definitely the best part of the stay. Clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained. If you're visiting Fukuoka, this is a solid choice with excellent value.

A one-day subway pass makes travel even more affordable and flexible. Getting to Takaoji is also easy—just a short walk to Yufuin Station on the Nishitetsu Line. Nearby convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Hyoshunkan Supermarket are within walking distance, so grabbing snacks or essentials is never an issue. The room itself felt surprisingly spacious for the price, especially the standard twin room where the two beds can be pushed together—perfect for kids sleeping in the middle. There’s plenty of room to unpack luggage too. They’re happy to provide kid-sized toiletries and slippers upon request, which is a nice touch. The lobby is on the third floor—take the elevator right outside the entrance first, then transfer to another elevator to reach your room. The shared bathhouse is also on the same floor; just mention your room number to gain access. The women’s bath has around ten shower stalls, a large soaking pool, and a sauna area. It’s not huge, so I’d recommend bringing your own hair tie since they don’t seem to stock them on-site—had to search everywhere! Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value with great convenience, comfort, and attention to detail. Definitely a top pick if you're visiting Fukuoka.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic too, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, especially the Japanese-style dishes. It’s clear this hotel values guest comfort and convenience. I’d definitely book here again on my next visit to Fukuoka—it’s a top-tier choice for both value and experience.

However, the soundproofing is seriously lacking—every noise from the neighboring room came through clearly: shower sounds, hairdryer hums, even conversations. I jumped every time the adjacent door opened, thinking my own door had been opened. What really bothered me was the undisclosed 'ECO Plan' that wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the booking page or voucher—meaning no room cleaning or towel changes during my 3-night stay. It’s one thing to save resources, but not informing guests upfront feels misleading. For the price, basic housekeeping should still be included. Overall, great location and value for money, but the lack of transparency and poor sound insulation are major drawbacks.
