Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: right in the heart of Xidan, with shopping, dining, and subway access just steps away. During the holiday season, the hotel was beautifully decorated with festive vibes—warm, cheerful, and full of spirit. A special shout-out to receptionist Ding Yuzhu—her radiant smile, graceful demeanor, and thoughtful service stood out. She handled every detail with professionalism and care, clearly demonstrating exceptional service skills and leadership potential. This team truly reflects the excellence of an international luxury brand. Compared to other Hilton properties I’ve stayed at in New York, Boston, Chicago, Kuala Lumpur, or London, this one surpassed them in both facilities and guest experience. Though it’s been around for years, the property has been thoughtfully updated with modern touches like keycard elevators and robot delivery service—both practical and reassuring. The staff, especially front desk agent Xiao Yang on floor 609, stood out for their genuine warmth and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to accommodate requests without hesitation. The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and comfortable.
