Staying at the InterContinental Lisbon was an absolute delight. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Four Seasons, offering a luxurious yet peaceful atmosphere. Plus, there’s a shopping mall just a short walk away or a brief drive if you prefer. Everything you need is within easy reach, making this stay both comfortable and hassle-free. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lisbon.

I stayed at Novotel Lisboa for one night and was really impressed overall. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of room to move around. The bathroom stood out—large, spotlessly clean, and well-designed, making it a real pleasure to use. For breakfast, the selection wasn’t overly large, but everything was fresh and well-prepared. I enjoyed the local pastries, fresh fruit, and a good variety of drinks. The location is excellent—just a short metro ride from the city center, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was fantastic—spacious, stylish, and the patio offered an incredible view of Lisbon’s skyline. I truly enjoyed the modern design and the cozy feel of the space. However, one thing to note is that the neighborhood has a heavy concentration of foreign backpackers and partygoers, especially in the parks and streets. We travel with our school-aged kids frequently to experience different cultures, and we prefer quieter, more family-friendly areas. If you're looking for a vibrant, lively atmosphere with late-night energy and don’t mind some street activity, then this place might be perfect for you—especially if you’re okay with spending around $400 per night. For families seeking peace and quiet, though, another area might be a better fit.

The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around Lisbon, but I was disappointed with the communication. The cleaning fee wasn't clearly mentioned upfront during booking, which caught me off guard upon arrival. Additionally, I’ve been charged extra fees, but more than two weeks after the charge, I still haven’t received an invoice. Despite reaching out to customer service, there’s been no response. A lack of transparency and follow-up on these matters really impacted my overall experience. It would be great if the team could improve clarity and responsiveness in handling guest concerns.

The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the bathroom felt luxurious with modern fixtures and excellent amenities. Breakfast was simple but outstanding—freshly baked pastries, especially the croissants, were delicious and clearly made with care. While the menu wasn’t huge, every item tasted fresh and well-prepared. Overall, this place offers a charming, personalized experience with exceptional quality. A true gem in Lisbon’s boutique hotel scene—I’ll definitely be back.

The apartment was spacious and incredibly well-equipped—everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, including an oven, dishwasher, fridge, induction cooktop, kettle, toaster, and even a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine. It’s located in a prime spot, just steps away from the Time Out Market, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We did request an early check-in and a room close to my niece’s, but unfortunately the platform couldn’t accommodate that. That said, we opted for room service breakfast, which was delivered straight to our door—very convenient. Overall, the location, amenities, and value made this a standout stay. Highly recommend for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a true home-away-from-home vibe.
Orange 3 House - Chiado Studios
I was a bit disappointed with my stay at Orange 3 House - Chiado Studios, especially since most other reviews were glowing. I stayed from October 20 to 25, and while it was manageable overall, I wouldn’t book here again. The room was clean and the cleaning staff was very friendly—Bruno, who handled airport pickup, was also pleasant. However, communication was a major issue. I couldn’t reach anyone during my entire visit, despite calling the number listed in their email signature (the person said he no longer worked there) and sending two emails that went completely unanswered. I only received an automated 'thank you' after check-out. I wasn’t informed about breakfast options, the room felt damp and somewhat underground, and the bathroom cubicle was so small I couldn’t even stretch my arms. For the price, I believe there are better places to stay. I booked back in August, but just days before travel, I was told my card hadn’t been charged and needed to wire payment to confirm. That was unusual, but I complied. I also requested airport transfers, which weren’t clearly communicated as an extra cost—so when my ride arrived nearly 45 minutes late and we had to sort out payment on-site, it added stress. There seems to be a disconnect between management and staff, and being unable to get help during my stay was frustrating. It was fine, but definitely not something I’d repeat.

We stayed at Lisbon Canaan Boutique Apartments Gaivotas by Get Your Stay for five nights and were truly impressed with our experience. The apartment was beautifully designed, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable, spacious feel throughout. The only minor issues were a missing broom and the bidet faucet—which honestly felt like tiny details that didn’t affect the overall quality. Our host Pedro was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the metro and close to all the main attractions. For a boutique apartment with such a great vibe and value, this place stands out. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to return.
Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Bairro Alto
The apartment was well-equipped, especially the kitchen—everything you'd need for cooking and meal prep. I’d definitely recommend it to travelers who enjoy self-catering. The only downside was that we were on a lower floor, and we spotted a few cockroaches, which I suspect is common in older buildings in Lisbon’s lower levels. Not ideal, but not a dealbreaker. We did have a small issue with the platform during check-in—our access code didn’t arrive on time. Luckily, a group of tourists was leaving right then, so we could use their kiosk to complete registration and get inside. Overall, the location in Bairro Alto is fantastic, the space is comfortable and practical, and the staff (or system) handled things smoothly once we got in. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Turim Europa Hotel
My stay at Turim Europa Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The warm welcome began with the bell staff, and the front desk team—especially Clara and her colleagues—went above and beyond with their friendly, attentive service. The bar staff and housekeeping crew were equally professional and courteous. The hotel is perfectly located near a wide variety of restaurants, and I highly recommend trying Cardo Restaurant for authentic Portuguese flavors and drinks—excellent food and top-notch service. Just a 5-minute walk to Parque Metro Station (Blue Line), which connects to major attractions and other transit lines, making exploration around Lisbon super convenient. It’s also less than 5 minutes to the Pink Line if you’re heading to the airport—very practical. Thanks to the platform for offering such a great selection of accommodations; it made my Lisbon trip memorable and stress-free.
