The room was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and had a comfortable bed—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Best part? The entire check-in and check-out process was completely self-service, which saved us time and added a nice level of flexibility. It’s rare to find such a well-located, clean, and affordable option in Lisbon. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The room layout is practical and spacious enough for a family; both beds were comfortable, and we all slept well. Location-wise, it's just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city without hassle. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, which made daily life super convenient. The only small improvement would be offering complimentary bottled water—otherwise, everything else is excellent. Great value for money, and I’d definitely book again if I return to Lisbon. The apartment itself is well-designed with plenty of space and modern amenities—air conditioning, a full kitchen with ample dishes and cookware, a washer-dryer combo, and a fridge. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether short or long. The location is unbeatable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It feels like home but with all the perks of a hotel. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Staying at this serviced apartment was a fantastic experience overall. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the city center, with great access to public transit, restaurants, and local shops. The flat itself is cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The building has a convenient elevator, making it easy to carry luggage up and down. The only small downside is the lack of a dedicated luggage storage area, but that’s a minor issue considering how much we loved the rest of the place. With such a prime spot and excellent value, I’d definitely book here again if I return to Lisbon.

The apartment was well-equipped, especially the kitchen—everything you'd need for cooking and meal prep. I’d definitely recommend it to travelers who enjoy self-catering. The only downside was that we were on a lower floor, and we spotted a few cockroaches, which I suspect is common in older buildings in Lisbon’s lower levels. Not ideal, but not a dealbreaker. We did have a small issue with the platform during check-in—our access code didn’t arrive on time. Luckily, a group of tourists was leaving right then, so we could use their kiosk to complete registration and get inside. Overall, the location in Bairro Alto is fantastic, the space is comfortable and practical, and the staff (or system) handled things smoothly once we got in. Would stay here again without hesitation.

My stay at Turim Europa Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The warm welcome began with the bell staff, and the front desk team—especially Clara and her colleagues—went above and beyond with their friendly, attentive service. The bar staff and housekeeping crew were equally professional and courteous. The hotel is perfectly located near a wide variety of restaurants, and I highly recommend trying Cardo Restaurant for authentic Portuguese flavors and drinks—excellent food and top-notch service. Just a 5-minute walk to Parque Metro Station (Blue Line), which connects to major attractions and other transit lines, making exploration around Lisbon super convenient. It’s also less than 5 minutes to the Pink Line if you’re heading to the airport—very practical. Thanks to the platform for offering such a great selection of accommodations; it made my Lisbon trip memorable and stress-free.

Breakfast was exceptional—fresh, delicious, and well-prepared, easily one of the best we’ve had on our travels. The whole experience felt personal and thoughtful, making this hotel stand out.
