What really impressed me was the convenient street parking just outside the hotel—huge plus for travelers driving their own cars. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. And the breakfast? Absolutely delightful—surprisingly, they served the famous pastel de nata as part of the spread! It was fresh, flaky, and tasted like it came straight from the original bakery. A perfect blend of history, convenience, and local flavor—highly recommend for anyone visiting Lisbon.

The bar staff and housekeeping crew were equally professional and courteous. The hotel is perfectly located near a wide variety of restaurants, and I highly recommend trying Cardo Restaurant for authentic Portuguese flavors and drinks—excellent food and top-notch service. Just a 5-minute walk to Parque Metro Station (Blue Line), which connects to major attractions and other transit lines, making exploration around Lisbon super convenient. It’s also less than 5 minutes to the Pink Line if you’re heading to the airport—very practical. Thanks to the platform for offering such a great selection of accommodations; it made my Lisbon trip memorable and stress-free.
