While it's a well-established five-star hotel with some minor aging in the facilities, the service truly stands out. From check-in to post-stay interactions, every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, and the fruit platter was fresh and thoughtfully arranged—definitely a nice touch. Walking into the lobby always feels like a pleasant surprise; the design and ambiance make a strong first impression. Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient—just steps from bus stops, making it easy to explore the city, and nearby metro access adds even more flexibility. Even though it’s not brand new, the overall value and hospitality make it a top choice for me. A great stay every time.

Luxemon Xinjiang Hongfu Hotel (Hotan 2nd Street People's Park)

Staying at Luxemon Xinjiang Hongfu Hotel was a fantastic experience! The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable—especially the bed, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Water pressure was excellent, so showering was a breeze. I was really impressed with the soundproofing—the room stayed quiet even during late-night activities in the hallway. Special thanks to staff member Yue Jiacai for going the extra mile by arranging a fridge magnet as a little souvenir—such thoughtful touches really make a difference. The service robot delivered items quickly and efficiently, adding a modern, tech-savvy vibe to the stay. Located near People's Park, it’s super convenient for exploring downtown Urumqi via metro. Excellent value, great location, and top-notch hospitality. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to come back soon!

They carried my bags with care, guided me safely through the steps, and made sure everything was smooth from the start. The luggage storage process was super organized, and they clearly communicated the pickup time, which was spot-on. That kind of professionalism and attention to detail shows how well-trained the staff are—truly impressive! And kudos to room attendant Rehmati: the room was immaculate, and she even neatly bundled up my charging cables with ties and left a sweet little note. Plus, mineral water was refilled promptly—no need to ask twice. Every little touch made the stay feel personal and luxurious. This hotel delivers exceptional service at every level, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations for dining and shopping nearby. Check-out was quick and smooth, which is always a plus. Bonus points for the bathtub in the room—nothing beats soaking after a long day exploring the city. Located right next to a major shopping center, everything you need is within walking distance, including the regional museum. I especially loved sitting by the window in the evening, enjoying the vibrant city lights of Dehui Plaza across the street—truly a beautiful view. I highly recommend Hecheng Hotel in Urumqi! The location is incredibly convenient—just an 8-minute walk to Wangjialiang Metro Station, making it easy to explore the city. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, shops, and local amenities, so everything you need is right at your doorstep. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed, with smart home features that made everything feel seamless and modern. The bedding was comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was—no noise from outside or neighboring units. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, offering helpful tips about parking and breakfast. There’s a free parking lot with plenty of spaces, which is a big plus. The breakfast buffet was impressive—wide variety, including authentic local Uyghur dishes. Plus, there are laundry facilities and EV charging stations available, which adds great value. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully designed. If I’m ever back in Urumqi, this will be my first choice again.

She not only accommodated us right away but also upgraded our room at no extra cost—an unexpected delight! Any questions or concerns we had afterward were addressed promptly and efficiently. Her attentiveness and professionalism made a huge difference. It’s rare to find such thoughtful, personalized service, and it really sets this hotel apart.
