Our stay at Numa Berlin Belfort was a mixed experience. While the accommodation itself was decent and the location convenient, the digital check-in process was a major disappointment. Despite friendly support from the hotline and online chat, it took nearly 24 hours to receive our access PIN—no on-site staff were available to assist. To make matters worse, we discovered upon arrival that our unit was double-booked. How this could happen, especially since everything was supposed to be handled digitally and we’d already checked in the day before, remains a mystery. Our first full day of vacation was completely ruined—we spent hours on calls and messages just trying to resolve access to a room that was already occupied. And all this with two kids in tow. It’s frustrating to rely solely on codes and remote support when real, human help is needed. We won’t be returning. There absolutely must be an on-site representative available for urgent situations.

The host greeted us warmly and made check-in quick and hassle-free. We were treated to a complimentary cappuccino at the attached café, which instantly put us at ease—felt like coming home right away. The room’s Italian-inspired design and ambiance were truly unique, with attention to detail that made every element feel refined and spotless. Located just steps from both U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the Kiez area and beyond. Breakfast was excellent at the nearby bakery—fresh, delicious, and with a 20% discount, making it even better value. The price-to-quality ratio is outstanding. We’d book this place again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin.

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was spotless, comfortably furnished, and located in a great spot—just a short walk to the subway and surrounded by local cafes and shops. Everything I needed was thoughtfully provided, from coffee and tea to snacks and extra towels. The check-out was prompt and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit. It felt like home away from home. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—I’ll definitely be back! Wishing you all a joyful Christmas and a fantastic new year!

Staying at Hotel Adele am Alex was a delightful surprise. Located just outside central Berlin, the hotel offers spacious rooms that feel airy and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Despite being in a quieter neighborhood, everything you need is within easy reach: local shops, cafes, and public transport are just steps away, making it simple to explore the city. The quiet surroundings provide a peaceful escape while still being close enough to enjoy all Berlin has to offer. With excellent amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, this place truly stands out. I’d absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

Staying at Hotel & Apartments Zarenhof Berlin Prenzlauer Berg was a fantastic experience. The location is ideal—just steps from the tram stop, making it super easy to get around the city and explore nearby attractions. The apartment-style rooms are well-furnished, modern, and incredibly quiet, which made for a restful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, with a great variety of fresh options that catered to different tastes. Cleanliness, comfort, and service all stood out. This place truly offers excellent value for money. Whether you're visiting Berlin for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel—it’s a perfect home base for an unforgettable stay.

Pension Prenzlberg was an absolute gem! The place was spotless, peaceful, and located in a fantastic area with great value for the price. The Jordan family were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay—truly made us feel at home. We loved the quiet neighborhood, easy access to public transit, and how central everything was. It’s rare to find such a warm, well-maintained guesthouse in Berlin that offers both comfort and affordability. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Everything was excellent! I was checked in earlier than scheduled upon request, and they even upgraded my room—such a wonderful surprise! The location is unbeatable, right near Alexanderplatz, making it super easy to explore Berlin by public transport. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly staff who go the extra mile. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place offers great value and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin—truly a standout stay!

I stayed at Pension Marie Prenzlauer Berg and had a really pleasant experience overall. The room was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with adjustable temperature control—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom, while compact, was functional and spotless. The living area felt spacious with a small table and a mini fridge, making it comfortable even for short stays. There’s also a shared kitchen on the hallway equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, glasses, and basic utensils—great for preparing simple meals or snacks. What stood out most was how quiet the building was at night; I slept like a log without any disturbances. The location is excellent—just steps away from a supermarket, as well as both metro and bus stops, making it super convenient to explore Berlin. I felt safe, comfortable, and well-connected. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to the city.

Staying at Bigus Hostel was a delightful experience—cozy, clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious for the price. The location is excellent, just a short walk from public transit and close to all the main sights in Berlin. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. One small suggestion: adding a few more amenities like extra toiletries or a mini-fridge would make it even better. But honestly, with such a great vibe and value, I’d definitely come back. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Located just a short walk from the subway station, this apartment offers unbeatable convenience and accessibility. The neighborhood is vibrant with plenty of local cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The unit itself is clean, well-maintained, and spacious, with all essentials provided—perfect for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the contactless check-in, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. Easy to find, easy to access, and absolutely ideal for exploring Berlin. I’d definitely book again.

The location is excellent—right next to Schönhauser Allee S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations, plus streetcar access, making public transit super convenient. Despite being near a major transit hub, the apartment is surprisingly quiet because it’s situated in a secondary building further back from the street. The space itself is well laid out and functional, but it lacks a proper kitchen—just a microwave, which makes meal prep tricky. Washing up is also challenging, especially with larger items. The sleeper sofa isn’t very comfortable for a full night’s rest. During our stay, we encountered several issues: a clogged drain, a broken kettle, then another drain blockage, and a malfunctioning door keypad. Fortunately, Limehome responded quickly each time and resolved everything promptly—kudos for their responsiveness. That said, basic maintenance like keeping drains clear should be part of routine upkeep and not something that requires guest complaints. It was still a bit frustrating. Overall, the apartment offers good value for money, but there are a few areas where small improvements could make a big difference in guest experience.

Staying here was a fantastic experience—the location is perfect for hopping on the U2 line to explore Berlin, and the hotel sits tucked away in a peaceful inner courtyard, offering a quiet retreat from the city buzz. There’s a bike rental shop just down the street, making it super easy to explore the area on two wheels. It’s a great base for both convenience and tranquility, and I’d definitely come back.
