Absolutely recommend this hotel! Located right on the riverfront, it offers stunning views of Niagara Falls just steps from your room. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, clean, and well-maintained atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom felt modern and spacious—everything you'd want for a relaxing stay. Staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Easy access to everything, whether it's the falls, restaurants, or local attractions. I’ve stayed at many hotels across the US, and this one truly stands out. If you're visiting Niagara Falls, don’t miss this gem—it’s worth every penny.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Headland Lodge! The space was perfect for our family—roomy, clean, and very peaceful. Even though the exterior didn’t look overly secure, we felt safe throughout our entire visit. Everything was just right: comfortable beds, reliable Wi-Fi, and a great location near Niagara Falls. The only minor note is that there isn’t private parking, but street parking was easy to find and convenient. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend this cozy, well-located home-away-from-home for families or groups looking for comfort and value.

The apartment was spotless and everything I needed was thoughtfully provided—clean linens, kitchen essentials, even toiletries. It’s perfectly located just a short walk from the falls, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The space is spacious with three bedrooms, ideal for families or groups. I loved the free parking too—no stress finding a spot. Everything worked smoothly, and the host was responsive. I’d definitely book again if I return to Niagara Falls. Highly recommend this cozy, well-maintained duplex.

The interior of the property was in good condition—clean, tidy, and well-organized, which made for a comfortable stay. However, the strong smell of cigarette smoke was quite noticeable and definitely not ideal, especially when traveling with young children. The surrounding area and exterior of the home gave off an overall neglected vibe—some parts looked abandoned, and the cleanliness outside was disappointing. It’s hard to shake that first impression when walking up to the property. While it’s conveniently located near the falls and casino, the overall curb appeal leaves much to be desired. A little more attention to outdoor maintenance and indoor air quality would go a long way in improving the guest experience. Otherwise, it’s a decent option if you’re just looking for a basic place to stay.

The location might not be ideal, but the unit was spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and perfect for a large group of 10 people. We appreciated the private yard and dedicated parking—great for families or gatherings. While the kitchen didn’t come with the most extensive set of pots and pans or utensils, it was still functional for our needs. Overall, the stay was excellent, especially considering the value. The quiet, welcoming atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend for groups looking for comfort and convenience near the falls.

Staying at The Iron Scow was an absolute delight—perfect for families! The private yard and dedicated parking made our trip so much more convenient, especially with luggage and kids in tow. The rooms were spacious with plenty of beds, comfortably fitting our whole family without feeling cramped. We loved walking to Niagara Falls and the Canadian border—just a 10-minute easy stroll, which made exploring effortless and enjoyable. A quick drive nearby got us to Walmart for breakfast supplies, which was super handy. The property itself felt safe, clean, and well-maintained, all at a great price. Our key access arrived promptly, and check-in was smooth. This place truly offers comfort, convenience, and unbeatable location—highly recommend for anyone visiting Niagara Falls!

The property exceeded all expectations—seriously, the private yard and dedicated parking made our stay so much more enjoyable. The staff, especially Ally, was incredibly accommodating, professional, and genuinely friendly. When our freezer broke down shortly after check-in, she responded within an hour to get it fixed—truly impressive service. The location is perfect for exploring the falls and casino area, and everything about the experience felt seamless. I can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back.

We stayed at The Hennepin House for my mom’s birthday on Christmas Day, and honestly, it was one of the more stressful trips we’ve had. The host was friendly and sent the access code ahead of time, which was appreciated. However, the moment we drove in, we were hit by a sense of unease—our route from the border passed through a run-down neighborhood with boarded-up stores and empty buildings that felt eerie. To make matters worse, the property sits next to an abandoned, derelict church that’s been left to decay, which was unexpected and unsettling. We initially entered through a side door near the parking area, thinking it was the main entrance. What we found instead was a dirty, unfinished basement filled with debris—there was a discarded AC unit and visible rat droppings on the floor. That experience alone made us reconsider staying. We tried entering through the other side, where the house looked spacious and clean at first glance. But upon closer inspection, every room had broken or damaged vents covered in dust, which triggered allergies for some of us. The downstairs bathroom curtain was hung too high, causing water to leak out during showers. Upstairs, the shower had extremely low water pressure, and it took forever for hot water to come through. The doors were all old and warped—some were split so badly you could see light through them when closed, offering zero privacy. Overall, despite our best intentions to make this a special birthday celebration, we were so uncomfortable and uneasy that none of us got a good night’s sleep. We ended up checking out early on day two, just to get back home and rest in our own beds. While the host was kind, the condition of the property and the surrounding environment made it feel unsafe and uninviting. Not worth the price, and definitely not recommended for families or travelers seeking peace and comfort.

The price was definitely the highlight of my stay—excellent value for what you get. While the access between floors could be improved and the hallway felt a bit crowded at times, the overall cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. The space felt well-maintained and comfortable despite the high foot traffic. I appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk from attractions and transit options. It’s not perfect, but for the price and convenience, it’s a solid choice. Would definitely consider returning.

The hotel is decent and definitely a solid choice if you're looking for a quiet stay with good value. While it's a bit farther from downtown Niagara Falls, the location is still convenient—just a short drive or quick ride on public transit to all the main attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything you'd expect for a reliable budget-friendly option. I appreciated the easy access to nearby dining spots and the peaceful surroundings. Overall, it’s a great base for exploring the area without the noise and crowds of the city center.

Staying at the Econo Lodge at the Falls North was an absolute highlight of my trip to Niagara Falls! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the falls, with easy access to all the main attractions. I loved how affordable it was for such a great spot, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch—hot coffee, fresh pastries, and fruit made for a perfect start to the day. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a cozy bed that helped me sleep well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt welcoming and relaxed. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. Whether you're visiting with family, on a romantic getaway, or traveling solo, this place hits all the right notes. If you're looking for value, convenience, and a stress-free stay near the falls, this is definitely the one to book.
