We noticed cigarette burn marks on the bedsheet and found accumulated ash inside the drawer of the side table—this was quite disappointing. That said, housekeeping and room service responded promptly whenever needed, which was a positive highlight. While the overall value is solid, improving daily cleaning standards would significantly enhance the guest experience.
