The bed was incredibly cozy—everyone in our family slept like babies and woke up feeling refreshed. The front desk staff went above and beyond: we arrived earlier than check-in time, but they had already prepared the room and even set up the sofa bed right away. Plus, complimentary minibar drinks and coffee were waiting for us—such a thoughtful touch. Location-wise, it’s perfect: just a short walk to the beach, about 10 minutes to the train station, and right next to the heart of the city’s shopping district. Everything is within easy reach, and public transport is convenient too. This hotel delivers comfort, service, and value all in one—highly recommend, and definitely coming back!

We stayed just one night at Maison Durante and didn’t book breakfast, but that didn’t affect our experience. The check-in was warm and welcoming—staff were friendly and efficient. The room was beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained, with a fantastic shower that delivered strong water pressure. The only minor issue was the bathroom exhaust fan, which was quite noisy—but we only noticed it around 11 PM. Since it was late, we decided not to call housekeeping and simply kept the door closed, which helped reduce the noise. Overall, this was a great stay. The location is convenient, the room is clean and stylish, and the value for money is excellent. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to return.

NH Nice
The breakfast was varied and plentiful—great for starting the day right. The tram stop is literally across the street, making travel around Nice super convenient. Staff were professional and responsive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel bar was closed in the evening during our Easter visit, so we had to head over to Novotel for dinner and ended up enjoying an excellent cocktail there—definitely a highlight of the night. One small downside: no toilet brush in the room. It’s not just inconvenient for housekeeping but also awkward for guests. A simple fix that would make a big difference. Overall, though, the location, service, and value are outstanding—definitely a place I’d recommend and return to.

Its location near Nice Train Station is a major plus, making it easy to explore the city by public transport or walk to nearby attractions. One small note: while the area around the hotel is convenient, some of the side streets can feel less safe, so stick to main roads when walking at night. Also worth mentioning—there’s a poke bowl place nearby called Hxxxxx Bowl that’s not worth the hype. The food was underwhelming, and the service felt unwelcoming, especially for travelers who don’t speak French. We’d recommend finding a different spot for dinner. All in all, this boutique hotel offers excellent value, friendly staff, and a central location—highly recommended!
