Staying at Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen once again, and I’m as impressed as ever. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by a large shopping mall, making dining, shopping, and exploring effortless. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service—attentive, thoughtful, and always going the extra mile. Booking the Executive Floor was a game-changer; it offered a more personalized experience with dedicated support throughout our stay. The guest experience team was patient, helpful, and made every detail seamless. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. Breakfast was well-rounded and satisfying, though not overly elaborate. Overall, the quality of service, comfort, and attention to detail make this hotel a top choice. I’ll definitely be back.

The room itself is beautifully designed in a classic old-money style, elegant and timeless. I was especially impressed by the bathroom amenities: the entire Thelier skincare collection had such a subtle, luxurious fragrance that made every moment in the room feel like a little escape. The executive lounge is truly worth it—floor-to-ceiling views of the city skyline are breathtaking, perfect for relaxing or just gazing into the distance. They serve drinks starting at noon, which is a great touch for guests who enjoy a cocktail or two, and the pastries are absolutely delicious—well-crafted and fresh. Special shoutout to Mandy, whose warm and attentive service stood out. She made us feel genuinely cared for. This hotel exceeded all expectations, and I’m already planning my next visit—especially curious to see the new rooms!

Coming back in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised by a refreshing fermented tea waiting for me—such a lovely personal touch. Even after check-out, the team went the extra mile: they called the next day to confirm if I’d left behind my clothes and glasses, then arranged to ship them home for me. That kind of proactive care is rare and deeply appreciated. This stay exceeded expectations—sophisticated, seamless, and genuinely memorable. I’ll definitely be returning.

I initially booked this hotel just because I had to, and honestly, I was a bit skeptical since it was renovated back in 2018—thought the rooms might feel dated. But wow, I was pleasantly surprised! The room layout is excellent, with amazing views that make the stay so enjoyable. The location is fantastic—there are so many great food delivery options nearby, and the robot room service is a real game-changer. Super convenient and adds a fun tech touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too. Special thanks to Molly, Cavan, and Louise—they checked availability for my potential room extension before I even asked, which showed such thoughtfulness. The place was spotless, way cleaner than I expected. Overall, this exceeded all my expectations. Definitely worth staying at if you're in Shenzhen.

While the hotel’s interior design isn’t overly modern, the ambiance is warm and inviting, with a subtle, pleasant fragrance throughout the lobby and corridors. The room was spotless, with zero unpleasant odors—just clean and comfortable. I noticed many international guests during my stay, which speaks volumes about the hotel’s global appeal. The buffet breakfast area may not have the flashiest decor, but the service truly stood out. The manager and staff were attentive, friendly, and proactive—always checking in, refilling drinks, and ensuring everything was well-organized. The hotel’s ambiance is elegant and sophisticated, with meticulous attention to detail in the interior design. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the view from the window overlooking the mountains and sea is absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was exceptional—plenty of variety and delicious quality.
