I was also impressed by the concierge team: one staff member kindly returned my charging power bank to the mall before I even checked in! Another team member, named Fugui Hua Kai, went above and beyond by personally arranging my transfers, hand-writing a sweet note, and leaving fresh fruit and dessert upon arrival.
