Even when we weren’t sure how to ask our questions, she patiently guided us through everything. Location is excellent too—just a short walk from Xiamen Railway Station and surrounded by great dining options. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Xiamen!

I've stayed here multiple times, and each visit has been excellent. I was also impressed by the concierge team: one staff member kindly returned my charging power bank to the mall before I even checked in! Another team member, named Fugui Hua Kai, went above and beyond by personally arranging my transfers, hand-writing a sweet note, and leaving fresh fruit and dessert upon arrival. This level of care made my stay feel personal and special. If you're visiting Xiamen, this hotel should be at the top of your list—excellent service, stunning views, and an unforgettable experience.
