I was also impressed by the concierge team: one staff member kindly returned my charging power bank to the mall before I even checked in! Another team member, named Fugui Hua Kai, went above and beyond by personally arranging my transfers, hand-writing a sweet note, and leaving fresh fruit and dessert upon arrival. We stayed at Pan Pacific Xiamen with our kids and booked the adorable Minion-themed room—so much fun! From the moment we walked in, everything was covered in cheerful yellow duck motifs. The front desk staff, especially Miss Huang Jinhua, was incredibly helpful—we asked if she could print out our child’s homework, and she did it right away without hesitation.
