Staying at Hôtel Concorde in Brussels was an absolute delight. The hotel is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the train station, making travel to and from the city a breeze. Located in the heart of Brussels, this property is perfect for exploring the city on foot—super convenient and close to everything. However, be warned: it’s extremely noisy, especially during weekends, so it’s ideal if you’re here for partying rather than a peaceful night’s sleep. During our two-day stay, we had no hot water in the shower, and despite multiple calls to the front desk, there was zero response from the team. The platform claims 24/7 support, but we were left completely unassisted. Communication was non-existent, and no staff member reached out even after repeated attempts. While the location is a strong plus, the lack of basic service and reliability makes this experience frustrating. Not recommended if you value comfort or responsive guest service.

My room was spacious, well-organized, and had a clean, modern bathroom. The soundproofing was excellent—sleeping was undisturbed by any noise from outside. What really stood out was the front desk staff: friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything you might need. From recommendations to directions, they went above and beyond.
