Radisson Hotel Brussels Centre Midi

Staying at Radisson Hotel Brussels Centre Midi was a great experience for a short visit. The hotel is perfectly located just outside the metro station, making it super convenient to get around the city. There are plenty of other hotel chains nearby, and the Eurostar office is conveniently connected to the building—perfect for travelers on a tight schedule. While the train station area felt a bit unsafe at night, that’s more reflective of Brussels in general rather than anything specific to the hotel. Inside, the hotel is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It’s ideal for a quick trip or overnight stay, offering comfort and value without compromising on quality. I’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone passing through Brussels.

Game of Rooms

I stayed here for one night, and overall it was just average—definitely not worth more than a 1-2 night visit. The main plus is the price, which feels reasonable for Brussels, and the location is convenient: only a 15 to 20-minute walk from the Grand Place, making it easy to explore on foot. However, there were several drawbacks. Upon arrival, we waited about 15 minutes at reception before someone showed up—had to call to get attention. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by just a thin plastic partition, which offers little privacy. Also, no hand soap was provided, and despite checking in as two guests, we were given only one set of towels—very inconvenient. Another issue is the noise: the hotel sits in a very busy area, so street sounds and traffic continued late into the night, making it hard to sleep peacefully. If you're looking for a quick, budget-friendly stopover with minimal expectations, this might work. But if comfort, quiet, and good service matter to you, you’ll likely be disappointed.

Guest House Heysel Atomium

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Guest House Heysel Atomium. The room was spotless and had a lovely view—just perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like quality shower amenities. The shower pressure was excellent, making it a real pleasure to freshen up. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to metro, tram, and bus stops, and surrounded by great restaurants and cozy cafes. The double bed is spacious and comfortable, ideal for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the fan, plenty of power outlets, and strong, reliable Wi-Fi. The management provided clear check-in and check-out instructions—no confusion, just smooth and stress-free. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. I felt truly relaxed, rested well, and left feeling refreshed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Brussels!

Best Hotel

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for one night on March 17th, 2025, and had a very positive experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, and we were greeted by a friendly young male front desk staff member and the current owner, both of whom were attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for our needs—nothing fancy, but perfectly functional. While there are a few areas of the property that could use some attention, it didn’t take away from our enjoyment. The location is excellent—just a five-minute walk to Grand Place, with plenty of restaurants and cafes along the way, making dining out super convenient. The hotel is currently undergoing a gradual renovation, which explains some minor imperfections, but it’s clear they’re investing in improving the guest experience. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation, especially given the great value and central spot.

B&B Downtown-Bxl

Staying here was a perfect experience from start to finish. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the city center, with metro access right nearby and plenty of dining options within steps. I was pleasantly surprised that the hot water worked flawlessly, unlike some other reviews suggesting otherwise—no issues at all, and it maintained consistent temperature throughout our stay. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep without any disturbances. Everything about this B&B felt thoughtfully designed, from the quiet atmosphere to the welcoming vibe. If you're visiting Brussels and want a cozy, well-located place to stay, this is definitely one to consider. Highly recommended!

Artistic World

Staying at Artistic World Hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish. The room had everything I needed—shower gel, toiletries, and even a shared kitchen where I could brew tea and coffee whenever I wanted. It’s a nice touch for travelers who prefer a bit of independence. The other guests were respectful and quiet, so I never felt disturbed during my two-night stay. The host reached out beforehand, which made me feel welcome and reassured. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the entire visit—everything sparkled and felt fresh. With its great location in Brussels and thoughtful amenities, this place truly delivers on comfort and convenience. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

Flat Moliere

The apartment is very well located—just a short walk to the tram and metro station heading to Brussels South Station, and there’s a small convenience store right in front for quick snacks or essentials. A larger supermarket is only about 250 meters away, which is super convenient. The unit itself is clean, spacious, and nicely furnished with a modern touch. Everything was perfect except for one unsettling incident: we had an extra bed set up in the room, but not in use. While we were visiting Ghent, I received a message informing me that someone had entered the apartment and taken the bed. No warning, no notice—just walked in, took it, and left. Nothing else seemed missing, but the lack of communication and security made us feel uneasy. It’s hard to relax knowing someone could access the space without consent. I hope the property can improve its access control and guest communication to prevent such situations in the future.

Aparthotel Midi Residence

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming apartment! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station and about 25 minutes to the city center, making it super convenient for exploring Brussels. The host was incredibly responsive before arrival and greeted us warmly upon check-in—felt like staying with friends. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished. What really stood out was the breakfast setup: a fridge stocked with a variety of delicious options, plus fresh bread, pastries, and fruit delivered each morning. No need to worry about breakfast—everything was thoughtfully provided. It’s rare to find such a welcoming, well-organized place with great value. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone visiting Brussels!

Apart Hotel Brussels Midi

Staying at Apart Hotel Brussels Midi was a mixed experience, but overall it worked well for our short trip. The check-in was smooth and staff spoke English clearly—no issues there. The apartment came with a full kitchen including a microwave, standard-sized oven, and a washing machine—great for self-catering. However, no detergent was provided, which was surprising since we’d been traveling across Europe for two months and laundry access was a must. Still, the cooking facilities were more than sufficient for a quick breakfast or light meal. The room itself—Room 2, the Sydney Room on the second floor—was bright and cheerful with its fuchsia pink walls, spacious at 50 sqm, and had a small but functional elevator, which was essential with our large suitcases. It’s just a 5–10 minute walk to Brussels Midi Train Station, but the route isn’t ideal—uneven pavement, tram tracks, deep gutters, lots of people loitering around, and general litter made pushing luggage tough. Walking into the city center takes about 15–25 minutes, which is manageable if you’re not in a rush. That said, it’s a decent base for day trips to Bruges, Ghent, Luxembourg, or Amsterdam via train. Hot water temperature and pressure were excellent, lighting was bright and well-placed, and the towels were fresh and replaced once during our five-night stay. A convenient corner store is just 150 meters away, and a Lidl is about 1.2 km—both easy to reach. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable in the room. Overall, the value felt reasonable after considering all factors. On the downside, the area around the hotel has a slightly run-down feel, and I wouldn’t recommend walking around late at night. There are quite a few people experiencing hardship hanging near the station—common near major train hubs in Europe, but still noticeable. Dining options nearby are limited, especially Western-style evening meals. However, the Pullman Hotel’s restaurant and its ground-floor bar are solid choices, as is La Ruche Halal Restaurant—though it gets packed quickly, so arrive early or book ahead. The subway construction project between the station and the hotel seems to be dragging on forever—no clear end date in sight. Noise pollution from locals and car horns was constant, especially if you opened a window. Unfortunately, the ceiling fan didn’t work, and the bathroom towel rail heater wasn’t functioning in mid-March. The advertised queen bed was actually a standard double—slightly misleading. While there’s a coffee pod machine with five pods included, the sign says each pod costs €0.50. Was this a mistake? Were those five free, or will future pods cost extra? It raises questions about transparency. No large drinking mugs were provided, and there’s no in-room safe. Early luggage drop-off isn’t available either—check-in starts at 3 PM. Lastly, hand soap, instant coffee, and tea bags were very low and never replenished during our stay. All in all, this place works best for travelers focused on transit convenience and budget-friendly stays. If you prioritize quiet, privacy, or premium amenities, you might want to look elsewhere.

Fishmarket B&B

Absolutely loved our stay at Fishmarket B&B from beginning to end! The welcome and service were exceptional—Denisse was incredibly helpful during check-in and check-out, making everything seamless. Breakfast was a highlight: beautifully presented with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, including local pastries and fruits that really hit the spot. The family room was spacious and well-appointed, with a fantastic shower that made morning routines a breeze. Though the area is quiet and peaceful, it’s still centrally located—just a 10-minute walk or short metro ride to Grand Place. Perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend this gem for travelers looking for comfort, charm, and great value.

Albert Molière

Staying at Albert Molière was a delightful experience from start to finish. The building itself is stunning—classic Belgian architecture with a charming, historic vibe. The owner couldn’t have been more welcoming or attentive, going out of their way to make us feel at home. The room was beautifully decorated, cozy, and spotless. That said, being in a well-preserved old building means the walls aren’t very soundproof. You’ll definitely hear footsteps, doors opening, and cleaning activities from neighboring rooms early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, bringing earplugs is highly recommended. But honestly, that’s the only minor downside. Everything else—the location, service, ambiance, and overall atmosphere—makes up for it. It’s a true gem in Brussels, and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
