I was truly impressed by the friendly front desk staff at Bedford Hotel Brussels. When they found out I was Korean, they ended my check-in with a heartfelt 'Thank you' in Korean—such a thoughtful and unexpected touch that really made my stay special. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable for the price. Considering the value, I felt completely satisfied. Located just a short metro ride from the city center, everything I needed—from restaurants to shops—was within easy reach. It’s not just a great place to stay; it’s a welcoming experience. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Brussels.

Our room was spacious and uniquely decorated, with a generous bathroom that had an open-concept layout—great for light and space, though it might not suit those seeking full privacy. No elevator is available, but the team kindly carried our luggage up without hesitation. Breakfast was a highlight—a relaxed, communal affair served around a table where you can chat with fellow guests, adding a personal touch to the stay. Despite its size, the property has a lot of character and charm. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would happily return.

The hotel’s location is perfect—everything iconic is within walking distance, from the Grand Place to the Manneken Pis and all the charming cafés and boutiques nearby. Our room was spotless, fresh, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and excellent soundproofing. The staff were welcoming and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth. I truly felt at home here. With such convenience, cleanliness, and great value, I’d definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.

This little gem of a hotel is absolutely perfect! Nestled in a quiet corner of vibrant Brussels, it’s just the right balance—close enough to the city center for convenience, yet peaceful and cozy enough to feel like a retreat. Our rooms were immaculately clean and well-kept, making us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is fantastic too, with some outstanding local restaurants nearby. We especially loved trying authentic Belgian dishes, and those mussels from the restaurant right across the street? Still thinking about them! One delightful surprise: there’s a charming café right downstairs—ideal for a morning coffee or evening drink. During our two-night stay, we stayed in Room 27 and Room 22. While Room 27 overlooks a lovely little square with great views, we actually preferred Room 22—it’s more spacious and has a straightforward layout, whereas Room 27 felt a bit tight after unpacking our two large suitcases (though still very pleasant overall). One thoughtful touch we truly appreciated: the hotel placed complimentary disposable slippers and razors in a corner of the stairwell. It’s such a smart, eco-friendly idea—guests can take what they need without generating extra waste. Simple, practical, and genuinely considerate. All in all, this charming hotel gave us a warm, relaxing experience in Brussels. We’d definitely come back again!

The apartment is very well located—just a short walk to the tram and metro station heading to Brussels South Station, and there’s a small convenience store right in front for quick snacks or essentials. A larger supermarket is only about 250 meters away, which is super convenient. The unit itself is clean, spacious, and nicely furnished with a modern touch. Everything was perfect except for one unsettling incident: we had an extra bed set up in the room, but not in use. While we were visiting Ghent, I received a message informing me that someone had entered the apartment and taken the bed. No warning, no notice—just walked in, took it, and left. Nothing else seemed missing, but the lack of communication and security made us feel uneasy. It’s hard to relax knowing someone could access the space without consent. I hope the property can improve its access control and guest communication to prevent such situations in the future.
