The property itself is small, but just a 5-minute walk away is the pool at Neolit Senator hotel—be sure to check with reception about access. Also, it's only about 10 minutes on foot to Albatsos Beach (up and down), making beach trips super convenient. Everything was perfect—the location, the comfort, the vibe. I was searching for a hotel in late May 2024 for a stay at the beginning of July, so I booked well in advance to secure a good option. I found Golden House Hotel, made the reservation immediately, and paid upfront. Then on June 13th, I received a message that my booking had been canceled—no warning, no explanation, just gone. It caused me a lot of stress trying to find another hotel last minute, and prices had doubled by then. I was extremely disappointed. Even more frustrating was realizing that my original room was still available for booking on their website. This lack of communication and transparency really damaged my trust in the platform. I expected better from a service that claims to be reliable.
