When I arrived, the hotel wasn’t ready to accommodate the five guests I had booked for—thankfully they were willing to work it out later. Overall, the experience wasn’t bad, but there were noticeable issues with basic amenities and cleanliness. If they improved maintenance and housekeeping standards, it could be a much better option.

They took our passports, photographed them, and then took pictures of us without asking for consent—this made us feel very uncomfortable. The staff then called their boss, put me on the phone, and told me outright that they couldn’t provide us with a room and that there was nothing they could do to help. It was frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. We were left stranded with no alternative accommodation arranged. This experience was far below expectations, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
