I left a pair of pants wrapped in a towel, and somehow they ended up being tossed with the dirty linens by housekeeping! That was a bit embarrassing, but the staff handled it with great professionalism—they immediately replaced the towel and even offered a small apology. Overall, this hotel delivers luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. The attention to detail and warm hospitality make it a standout choice. I’ll definitely be back.

The neighborhood itself is quiet, safe, and very residential—perfect for a peaceful stay without being far from the city buzz. Daily housekeeping was excellent: rooms were cleaned every day, and towels were changed regularly, which really showed how clean and well-maintained everything was. Located in the Eixample district, the hotel is in a safe, central area—walking distance to major attractions, shopping spots, and restaurants. On our last day, we left our luggage at the front desk, and the staff went above and beyond by helping us call a taxi to the airport. Their friendly attitude and genuine care made all the difference. This place truly delivers comfort, convenience, and exceptional service—highly recommend for families or travelers looking for a home-like stay in Barcelona.
