We’d read online about a mini tour upon arrival, but nothing happened—everything felt rushed and impersonal. No real interest shown in us as guests. Breakfast was another disappointment—it’s an extra charge, and the server just dropped the menu on the table and walked off without explaining anything. For example, one drink option listed didn’t clarify what it actually was. Our foreign friends were surprised and confused. Even when we asked politely for a table not near the low sofa, the response was just “pick one yourself”—a simple suggestion would’ve gone a long way, especially since we were first-time visitors.
