Even though I live in Mar del Plata, I finally had the chance to visit Hotel Sainte Jeanne in person and stay for three nights with my closest friend—what a perfect getaway! The hotel is absolutely stunning, from the elegant rooms to the luxurious spa area. The indoor heated pool is a real treat—featuring multiple water jets, a jacuzzi, and even a projector for movie nights! We actually watched a film from inside the pool—so cool and unforgettable. The restaurant is fantastic—I’ve been there before and keep coming back because of the excellent food and service; they also offer a great executive lunch menu. The café is equally impressive. Everyone on staff was incredibly kind and attentive. One small suggestion: at breakfast, there’s a photo frame indicating it’s not self-service, but it’s placed in a spot that’s hard to see. When we tried to serve ourselves since no one was around, we were gently reminded it wasn’t allowed—which felt awkward, especially since we later noticed several other guests had the same experience. Also, while items like cream cheese, jam, dulce de leche, butter, and more are available, they’re not clearly displayed or mentioned, so guests might miss them entirely. That said, these are just minor improvements—not at all detracting from how exceptional the hotel truly is. I’m sharing this feedback with the best intentions, knowing such changes could make an already amazing stay even better.

The spa facilities are top-notch: the sauna is relaxing, and the pool area feels like a true retreat. I highly recommend Gabriela for her fangotherapy session and Paula for her deep-relaxing massage—both were rejuvenating and professionally done. The room was spotless every day, and the breakfast spread was delicious and varied. Valet parking staff were courteous and efficient, making it easy to leave the car in safe hands. Located just a short walk from the city center, it’s also convenient if you’re exploring by metro. Overall, an outstanding experience with incredible value—definitely planning to return.

I've stayed at Bristol Apart Hotel seven times over the past seven years, and I keep coming back because it's just perfect for me. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach and super convenient for exploring downtown Mar del Plata. Everything else is excellent: clean rooms, friendly staff, and great value for the price. A few small things could be improved though. The hot water gets scalding instantly—there’s no way to cool it down once it’s on, so installing a thermostatic mixer would help avoid accidents. Also, the bathroom floors are slippery, so adding rubber mats would prevent falls. Lastly, the kitchen is missing some essentials like a hairdryer, iron, cutting boards, and serving dishes—adding these would make it even better. But honestly, these are minor issues. The overall experience is fantastic, and I’ll definitely return again next year.

My stay at Hotel Avellino in Mar del Plata was disappointing overall. The biggest issue was the insufficient number of towels—on one day, there were none left to provide, which was very inconvenient. Breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly, but the room had several serious drawbacks. The TV was extremely small and lacked a remote control, making it frustrating to use. There was no fan, and the room felt stuffy and poorly ventilated—almost suffocating. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the pillows were worn out and flat. The shower water wasn’t hot enough, and the temperature control was unreliable. Overall, the staff seemed disorganized, and attention to detail was clearly lacking. While the location is convenient, the experience didn’t justify the price. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you have no other options.

The hotel is about 20 blocks from the beach, which is a bit far, but it's located in a lively area with constant activity around. We parked our car outside every night without any issues—security has really improved since the local authorities relocated the previous transient groups. The owners are absolutely outstanding—11 out of 10 for service! Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, and the room cleanliness was top-notch. What stood out most was their genuine love for animals—there were stray cats and dogs around, and they clearly care for them. It’s rare to find such warmth and kindness in hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mar del Plata.

This stay was a complete disaster from start to finish. The entire room was soaked with moisture—walls, floors, even the bathroom was dripping. We weren’t given a single towel for bathing, and the sheets were old, stained, and clearly never washed. On the first night, there was no hot water at all—just freezing cold showers. The rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay, and we found ants crawling around in the bedroom, which was absolutely horrifying. The toilet was loose and wobbly, and the tiny two-by-two bathroom flooded every time we turned on the tap. The staff’s service was subpar—rude, indifferent, and completely unhelpful. This place felt more like a nightmare than a hotel. I’ve stayed in many places worldwide, but nothing comes close to this level of neglect. Do not stay here—avoid it at all costs.
