Arrived late at 2 AM and immediately noticed a strong musty odor in the room, which was quite unpleasant. The next morning, I requested basic toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste, but unfortunately, the hotel didn’t even have a dental kit available. I ended up having to drive 10 km out of the hotel just to buy essentials and then return—completely wasted an entire day. While the location is decent, the lack of basic amenities and poor cleanliness severely impacted my stay. For the price paid, this experience was far from satisfactory. Definitely not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s incredibly frustrating to book a stay based on trust, only to find out the hotel doesn’t actually exist. This lack of verification is unacceptable, especially for travelers relying on accurate information. I strongly urge the platform to improve its listing accuracy and ensure all listed properties are legitimate and operational before allowing bookings.

The hotel’s location is great—just a short distance from the Ajmer Highway, making it easy to get around by car or public transport. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall positive vibe. What really stood out was the front office manager—extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with recommendations or travel plans. The entire staff team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Friendly, efficient, and welcoming—this place truly feels like home away from home.
