They backed down immediately. The next morning, we got a text asking what time we wanted to check out—we said 2 PM. Then we were told we had to be out by 12. Why even ask if you’re going to force an earlier departure? At 11 AM, we were still enjoying the pool before leaving. Suddenly, the cleaners came in without permission and started insisting on cleaning the pool area, even though we were still using it. We politely refused, but they kept pushing. What made it worse was the fact that there are cameras everywhere—in common areas, near the pool, even in the garden. It felt invasive and uncomfortable knowing strangers could be watching us swim. It’s such a shame because the property is truly beautiful. But constant pushy messages from management, lack of respect for privacy, and unnecessary stress have left a bad taste. A great place let down by poor handling.
