Even though this is an affordable, no-frills property, guests should at least expect peace and quiet—especially when paying such a low rate. It’s hard to rest with constant noise spilling into the rooms. If you value tranquility, this might not be the best choice. A simple fix like better soundproofing or stricter rules on outdoor noise could make a big difference in guest satisfaction.
