Still, the quiet after the disturbance and the comfortable room made up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful, no-frills place with decent value, this could be a solid choice.

River Star Hotel
This was easily the worst place I've ever stayed, even worse than sleeping on an empty beer can outside. The room was tiny, filthy, and lacked basic amenities—no support for the showerhead, power cut out at outlets when the light was switched off, and breakfast consisted of generic store-bought cookies. To top it all, I couldn't sleep a wink due to zero soundproofing. My neighbor seemed to have booked some kind of special service—their 'roommate' screamed nonstop until 5 AM. Kudos to them, but not to the hotel. Saving €15 wasn’t worth the misery. Never again.
