The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and staff are attentive and helpful. It’s clear they care about guest comfort. I’d love to see more Chinese language support during future stays, and maybe even an electric kettle in the room—small upgrades that would make the experience even better.

The location is unbeatable—walking distance to amazing restaurants, trendy bars, and the Metropolitan Theater, which hosts performances almost every day. Public transport is super convenient too; a Metrobus stop is just outside the hotel, connecting you easily to both the north and south parts of the city. Nearby highlights include UNAM, the stadium, and even the Chinese Embassy—there’s so much to explore within steps. The hotel itself offers a cozy, well-maintained stay with excellent service. The staff are genuinely warm and helpful, and the free shuttle service is a real bonus—especially the driver, Alberto, who went out of his way to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. Don’t miss the Italian restaurant on-site—on Tuesdays, they have a buy-one-get-one pizza deal that’s worth planning your visit around. For comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location, this place truly stands out. Highly recommend for travelers who want to be in the middle of the action without sacrificing quality.
