The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; when I asked for directions to local attractions, they gave me clear, detailed guidance that made navigating the area easy. The location is super convenient—just three stops on the U-Bahn to reach major exhibition venues, saving me time and hassle. With its modern comfort, attentive service, and great transport links, this hotel offers fantastic value. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Berlin.

There’s also a laundry facility nearby, which is a huge plus when traveling for work. Everything is so convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful. For business travelers looking for comfort, location, and practicality all in one, this is definitely a top choice.

Puschkin Rooms
The guesthouse is infested with bed bugs—this is not an exaggeration. We found them crawling even in the shared kitchen, which is centrally located and accessible from all rooms. The owner never showed up during our stay and has not responded to any messages since. We had to scramble to find another hotel just to get a safe place to sleep. Health authorities have already been notified to prevent further risks to future guests.

A few small improvements would make it perfect: adding a ramp at the entrance for easier luggage access (just a few steps up), upgrading to newer card keys, and installing USB charging ports. But honestly, these are just minor details—this hotel offers great value, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely book here again.
