We arrived late at night and found our originally booked hotel fully booked, but instead of being disappointed, we were upgraded to a smaller suite at the NH Hotel located even closer to the city center. This was such a pleasant surprise! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from major attractions and public transit. To make things even better, the hotel arranged a free ride for us, which saved us a lot of hassle after a long day. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. It turned out to be one of the best parts of our trip—great value, excellent service, and a perfect home base in Berlin.

But honestly, these are just minor details—this hotel offers great value, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely book here again.
