My stay at the Strategic 3BR Apt at Sudirman Tower Condominium was far from satisfactory. The room felt extremely outdated—peeling paint, worn-out furniture, and visible stains on the walls made it look like it hadn't been updated in years. Cleanliness was a major concern: dust was everywhere, the bathroom had noticeable grime, and the towels were visibly damp and unhygienic. Staff responsiveness was poor, and the overall service lacked warmth or professionalism. After just one night, I decided to switch accommodations immediately. For the price, this property offers nothing in return—poor condition, low standards, and no value for money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent, clean, and comfortable stay.

The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Every corner, from the bedroom to the bathroom, felt spotless and well-maintained. The staff clearly takes pride in hygiene and upkeep. It's also conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore downtown Jakarta. With plenty of dining options nearby and excellent value for money, this place exceeded our expectations. Definitely planning to return.

It’s also perfectly located near major shopping malls, with easy access by public transit or taxi—perfect for travelers who want both comfort and convenience. The overall experience was outstanding, and I’ll definitely be returning. A top-tier choice for anyone visiting Jakarta.

I booked a non-smoking room, but upon arrival noticed some smoking residue in the room. However, I was relieved that there wasn’t any lingering smoke smell—my mom appreciated the fresh air. The luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out was excellent—safe, convenient, and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Jakarta, with easy access to public transit. Overall, a great stay with strong value for money. I’d definitely recommend and return.
