If you're looking for a brand-new look, I’d recommend avoiding the classic rooms. But if you’re not too fussy about aesthetics and value cleanliness, comfort, and good service, this place offers fantastic value. It’s also conveniently located near public transit, making exploring Jakarta easy.

My stay at the Strategic 3BR Apt at Sudirman Tower Condominium was far from satisfactory. The room felt extremely outdated—peeling paint, worn-out furniture, and visible stains on the walls made it look like it hadn't been updated in years. Cleanliness was a major concern: dust was everywhere, the bathroom had noticeable grime, and the towels were visibly damp and unhygienic. Staff responsiveness was poor, and the overall service lacked warmth or professionalism. After just one night, I decided to switch accommodations immediately. For the price, this property offers nothing in return—poor condition, low standards, and no value for money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent, clean, and comfortable stay.
