Staff weren’t rude, but there was definitely a lack of warmth or engagement—like they were just going through the motions whether guests were around or not. Overall, it was acceptable, but nothing memorable. We’re likely to explore other options next time. One thing that stood out: prices on the platform were noticeably lower than booking directly through the hotel’s website, and the platform even offers perks for repeat guests, while the hotel doesn’t have any loyalty benefits. That’s surprising, especially since many travelers value long-term rewards. It would be great if the hotel could reconsider its pricing and guest retention strategy.
