The hotel is a bit tucked away, requiring a short climb to reach, but that’s part of its charm—peaceful and quiet, far from the city buzz. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, spending nearly the entire morning splashing around in the hot tub and playing with the fountains. The sofa bed in the room made it feel instantly like a family suite—super comfortable and spacious. It was also the first time our child slept alone in a room, marking a small but meaningful step toward independence. We booked through a platform, and the rate was great for the quality. This was our third stay in Singapore, and Shangri-La stood out for its excellent Chinese-speaking service—many staff members were fluent in Mandarin, making communication easy and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional—huge variety, delicious options from all around the world, and every bite was satisfying. A highlight was the nearby Italian restaurant Trapizza—authentic, well-prepared pizza with a perfect crust and rich flavors. It’s definitely worth a visit. The only minor downside was the check-in queue, which took a bit longer than expected, but the staff were friendly and efficient despite the wait. Overall, this hotel delivers an outstanding value and unforgettable stay. I’d gladly come back again.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter experience was truly immersive, far surpassing my expectations compared to what I've seen in Macau. What really stood out was the exceptional guest service: I ordered takeout and forgot to bring utensils. The front desk went above and beyond—they reached out to the restaurant outside and arranged for forks and spoons to be delivered straight to my room. That level of care made such a difference. Clean rooms, excellent location, and thoughtful staff—it’s clear this hotel values guest comfort. A perfect base for exploring Sentosa, and I’ll definitely be back.

He patiently explained the entire shuttle route, including transfer points and timing, with such clarity that I felt completely confident navigating on my own. Breakfast was outstanding—fresh, well-presented, and served in a beautiful setting. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations. Great value, excellent service, and a serene environment make this hotel a top pick.

That said, it’s a small trade-off for such a great overall experience. Clean, comfortable, and full of charm, this hotel offers excellent value. I’d definitely come back again.

The Indian front desk staff were incredibly friendly—when they saw our group of six, they immediately upgraded us to connecting rooms on a higher floor and even surprised the kids with little toys. The room itself has a dark, stylish design, but surprisingly great natural light. The twin-bed room comes with a balcony, while the king bed room doesn’t—but it features a spacious soft lounge area that’s perfect for relaxing. Two power adapters are provided, and the minibar and snacks were complimentary during our first round. I really loved the pool area—it's spacious, well-maintained, and feels very inviting. A quick tip: most restaurants inside Resorts World Sentosa close by 8 PM, so plan dinner early. We ended up at one of the few open spots—Putian—only to find out they don’t allow à la carte ordering; only full meal sets (around SGD 350–400), plus drinks, taxes, and service fees brought our total to nearly 2,500 RMB. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the price. Afterward, I noticed many guests were using Grab for room service—definitely a smarter move if you want convenience without the stress.

Not only did they assign us a peaceful room, but they also surprised my friend with a thoughtful little gesture to lift their spirits. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it was the kindness behind it that truly mattered. The room was serene and perfect for relaxation. A small suggestion: more coffee pods and tea options would be great—there were only four of each, so we had to keep calling for refills. Other than that, everything was excellent.
