The location is excellent—just a few minutes from the city center via metro, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so you don’t need to go far for food or shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with transportation arrangements without hesitation. The bathroom was modern, clean, and had strong hot water supply. I’m already planning my next visit with my family—this place has a special charm. Honestly, I’m a bit sad they don’t have more branches, especially in Ajmer, since I travel there frequently. It would be so convenient if they expanded there. But regardless, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Every single team member deserves a big shoutout for their exceptional care and professionalism.
