Staying at Holiday Inn Stuttgart was an absolute delight! The location is fantastic—right next to the S-Bahn station, making public transit super convenient whether you're arriving or departing. We drove, and parking was easy with plenty of spots available; we left early the next morning and didn’t have to pay for parking, which was a nice surprise. Check-in was smooth and welcoming—we even received small Christmas gifts for our kids, which made the experience extra special. There was no pet fee despite what was mentioned online, so that’s a big plus. Breakfast was satisfying—while mostly Western-style options, they included steamed dumplings and a generous variety of fresh fruits. The convenience of having an Aldi supermarket and a bakery right outside the front door can’t be overstated—it’s perfect for grabbing snacks or a quick breakfast on the go. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great value—all in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was outstanding: fresh juice, juicy grapes and pears, perfectly cooked eggs and sausages, and coffee that was rich but not bitter. On my last day, I needed to ship a sample—without hesitation, the front desk staff found a box for me and even offered a helping hand. That small gesture, paired with their friendly smile, truly reminded me how warm and thoughtful German hospitality can be. It’s rare to find such attention to detail and genuine care. We stayed in a family room at SI Suites Hotel, and it was incredibly spacious—perfect for our group. The bed was very comfortable, though the pillows were slightly on the lower side. The kitchenette came with a fridge and a kettle, which made preparing meals or drinks super convenient. The location is excellent: just a 15-minute walk to a Penny supermarket right on the corner, and across from it is a gas station—very handy for essentials. There’s also a pleasant pedestrian path nearby, ideal for a relaxing stroll. The only downside is the parking fee at P2, which is €16 per day and quite steep. However, given how central and well-connected the hotel is, it’s still worth it. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend this place for families or travelers who value space, convenience, and a quiet neighborhood.

This stay was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Right upon arrival, I noticed rats outside the building—definitely not the kind of welcome you expect in a modern German city. The front desk was unresponsive, and my key card wouldn’t work at all. After waiting for help with no reply, I was told to find a spare key in the housekeeping room—except it was completely unmanned and inaccessible. Once inside the room, the atmosphere was bleak and depressing. I undressed and lay down to watch something on my tablet when I spotted movement on the bed. I jumped up immediately and found ten bed bugs crawling around—two had already bitten me. This isn’t just a bad hotel—it’s a health hazard. The condition is unacceptable for Stuttgart, let alone Germany. Never staying here again. It should be shut down immediately.

Parking is straightforward too—just head straight into the mall’s parking garage, pay by the day, and it’s secure and convenient. Everything about this hotel, from service to location, feels thoughtfully designed. I’ll definitely be back!
