During the Christmas season, the thoughtfully decorated courtyard and passage create such a warm, festive atmosphere—perfect for a quiet moment or a lovely photo op. While Ottakring is a bit off the main tourist path, it’s not an issue at all. Just a short walk to the tram (toward Schönbrunn), S-Bahn, and U3 line, which connects straight into the city center. We’ll definitely be back—this place has charm, convenience, and comfort all in one.

Without it, I couldn’t access the door, and trying to reach front desk support was frustratingly difficult. Still, the hostel itself is fantastic—clean, stylish, and well-organized. The experience overall was positive, and I’d definitely book again if I’m back in Vienna.
