Location-wise, it’s perfect—just steps from the streetcar and surrounded by amazing restaurants. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely return. The bedding was stained with cigarette burns, visibly dirty, and outdated. There was even a hole in the wall—this level of neglect is shocking. Most concerning was the lack of a fire detector, raising serious safety concerns. The overall condition is poor, management seems indifferent, and the experience was far below any reasonable expectation. This place doesn’t deserve a single star.

The location is far from downtown New Orleans, making it inconvenient for tourists. As a young couple, we found this stay extremely unsatisfying and not worth the price. It would be completely impractical for families too. Overall, a very disappointing experience with no redeeming qualities.
