The hotel provides shuttle services to both Disney and Universal, but the schedules are a bit odd—Disney shuttles leave around 10:30 AM, while the Universal one departs at 7:05 AM. Since I wanted to get into the park early, I opted for a Lyft instead. It's worth noting that housekeeping isn’t done daily; if you need cleaning, you have to request it in advance at the front desk. On the bright side, there are three locations within the property with free washers and dryers—just bring your own detergent, which makes laundry super convenient. One minor downside is the soundproofing: noise from neighboring rooms is quite noticeable, especially conversations or footsteps. If possible, avoid ground-floor rooms, as they’re near the trash bins and can be noisy at night when guests toss out waste.
