Our stay at Bluegreen Vacations Club 36 was absolutely fantastic. The pool, gym, and rooftop patio were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Vegas vibe. What truly stood out was how quickly maintenance responded—my in-unit dryer issue was fixed in under 15 minutes after contacting the front desk. The staff was friendly and attentive, but special mention goes to bellhop Keith. He made every arrival feel personal—he always greeted my boys and me with a warm smile and showed genuine care about our experience in Vegas. He even remembered me despite my changing hairstyles, which was incredibly thoughtful. I genuinely looked forward to seeing him each time we returned. I especially appreciated his interest in my son’s basketball tournament, though I wish I’d had a chance to thank him properly before checking out. My only minor note is that the junior suite felt a bit smaller than expected—tighter than I imagined for three people and a week-long stay. But honestly, that didn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. I’d happily book again without hesitation. Thanks to everyone, especially Keith, for making our trip so memorable.

We stayed at MainStay Suites Las Vegas Flamingo for just one night during a friend’s wedding weekend, and my family absolutely loved it. This place should be shut down by health inspectors—it’s beyond unsanitary, it’s a public health hazard. I arrived to find the entire balcony covered in pigeon droppings, so thick it looked like paint at first glance—until I realized it was feces. There were three active nests scattered across the floor, and the stench was overwhelming. Inside, it only got worse. The air felt stale, the rooms had visible grime, and honestly, even rats would’ve fled from such conditions. I witnessed a guest yelling about no hot water—so frustrated she nearly confronted the manager—and still walked away empty-handed. No refund, just a promise of resolution within 24 hours, which never came. I’ve stayed all over Las Vegas, and this is hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had. It’s not just dirty—it’s dangerous to your health, your wallet, and your peace of mind. Even if they offered me $1,000 per night, I wouldn’t stay here again. Seriously—stay far away.

The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the Strip and minutes away from major attractions like The Venetian and Paris Las Vegas. Everything was perfect and exactly as expected. It’s a small studio, so the decor is a bit dated and the bed is foldable—but for four nights, it worked out great. The kitchenette was a real plus, letting us cook our own meals and save money. We even brought a small toaster—maybe the platform left one behind? Cleanliness and staff service were excellent, and access to the pool area was convenient with well-maintained facilities. The only minor downside was some construction noise in the mornings, which might be noticeable if you’re sensitive to sound. Also, walking back through the corridor late at night from the strip can feel a little eerie with just one staff member on duty, though the lighting was decent overall. Still, it’s a solid choice for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and good value.

While I appreciate the effort put into cleaning, it wasn’t enough to make the place habitable. This experience was disappointing, especially given the location near the Strip. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a decent stay.

Parking is shared with Cosmopolitan Hotel, but there’s a dedicated underground level (Level 3) reserved for guests, which is very practical. Check-out is hassle-free: just take your card out, exit the parking area, and drop it into the box beside the machine. Simple and efficient. Overall, this place offers great value, comfort, and convenience—definitely a top pick for future visits.
