Stayed at Mayfair House Hotel & Garden and was thoroughly impressed! The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had a really comfortable vibe. The only minor note is that the lighting could be a bit brighter, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. What stood out most? No rush to check out—something rare in the U.S., and so refreshing. Plus, they gave us two drink vouchers per night, so with a two-night stay, we got four drinks to redeem at their rooftop bar. We sipped on cocktails under the stars with an amazing view—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location is great, close to everything, and easy to get around by public transit. A real gem in Miami with excellent value and a laid-back charm. Definitely coming back.

Right near the beach and just steps away from some great restaurants and a favorite ice cream spot, it’s ideal for those who love convenience and coastal vibes. The on-site gym and pool are clean, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the area. With its chic atmosphere, prime setting, and excellent hospitality, this hotel offers outstanding value for anyone visiting Miami’s Coconut Grove. I’d definitely return.

Stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience, especially the breakfast. The omelets were well-prepared, though I personally prefer them a bit softer—maybe a slightly less cooked option would be great for those who like it tender. The fruit selection was impressive—fresh, colorful, and abundant. Drinks ranged from juices to specialty coffees, offering something for everyone. Big thanks to my colleague for not pushing me to hit the gym this time—much appreciated! Conveniently located near the airport with easy access via public transit, and the value for money is excellent. Definitely planning to return.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, great value, excellent location, and ideal for travelers who want flexibility and convenience. I’d definitely stay here again.

The first night was a bit rough—loud noises from the floor above kept me awake until 6 a.m., but thankfully, a friendly, slightly chubby front desk agent kindly switched my room the next day. That made all the difference—I finally got a peaceful night’s sleep. The room is compact, but it has a proper desk and chair, perfect for working or relaxing. The bedding was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Despite the initial noise issue, the team’s quick response and genuine care made up for it. Great value, fantastic location, and a very welcoming vibe. Definitely coming back!

The location was perfect, and the space felt spacious and comfortable. However, the booking process had some serious hiccups. When we arrived, the front desk couldn’t find our reservation, and calling the booking platform didn’t get us any response—had to wait several hours before the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, that delay caused us to miss the perfect sunset view we were hoping to catch. Also, there was a mismatch between the name listed in our confirmation and the actual hotel name (Hotel Arya), which made it confusing to locate via ride-share apps like Uber. A little more attention to detail on the booking side would go a long way. Still, the place itself deserves full credit—it’s a solid choice if you can work around the booking glitches.

The Boutique Hotel Miami
We had a rocky start checking in, but once we finally got our room, the experience really turned around—especially since we’d read some negative reviews beforehand and expected the worst. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised by how charming and well-thought-out the hotel is. The lobby has a cozy, inviting vibe, and our room was spacious with windows on two walls, great natural light, and even a walk-in closet—perfect for long-term travelers like us. The toiletries were high quality, and the room came packed with plenty of outlets, including USB ports. Even the writing desk had built-in chargers—such a thoughtful touch! The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the port (we were between cruises), a short walk to the riverfront dining area, and within minutes of Target, Ross Dress for Less, and Publix. We also walked about 20 minutes to Bayside Marketplace, which was easy and enjoyable. There’s a bus stop right outside that connects you to downtown if you’d rather not walk. The neighborhood felt safe—there were always police cars around, and we later found out the Miami Police Department is located behind the building. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh artisan brioche, excellent latte (though the machine broke the next day), freshly squeezed orange juice, and a nice selection of cheeses, ham, and sausages. The staff were helpful and friendly, turning what started as a stressful check-in into a memorable stay. Despite the rough beginning, everything ended up perfect. We’ll definitely be back when we return to Miami.
