What made it worse was that after three weeks of back-and-forth communication—providing my credit card details, call dates, cancellation confirmation, even screenshots—they finally claimed there was a 'no-refund' policy. I had specifically asked about cancellation terms when booking, yet it took nearly a month to get this information. I repeatedly requested to speak with a manager, but never received any contact details or follow-up. It's shocking how a business operates without transparency or accountability. We had planned to make this hotel our go-to during frequent visits since our son attends SDSU, but now we’ll never return. This is not the kind of experience you want from a place you’re supposed to trust. I strongly advise against staying here.
